About the Role
This role is supporting young people across the North East with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll provide structure, care, and encouragement within a warm, family-style environment.

If you don’t yet hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, we’ll support you to gain Level 4 and 5 qualifications while you work.
